According to the Minister, it is necessary to have, in addition to educational exchanges, a bond that promotes integration between cultures through an intensification of Brazil-Africa relations, specifically referring to those countries that have Portuguese as their official language.

Pinda Simão, Minister of Education, explained at the end of the event, that the meeting of experts linked to the education sector within the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP) allowed for the collection of contributions that would go towards the establishment of programs that facilitate exchange and development in education.

Pinda Simão also stated that over the two day period of the conference, education professionals obtained extensive information and knowledge about education in the countries that attended.

The second cycle of inspector training sessions which is part of the overarching program for restructuring and revitalizing educational inspections, was vastly covered by national news agencies and received international expert advice from Argentina.
